GIRL!!!

We got the news on Monday that our new little edition will be of the female variety. So yes, a GIRL. We are excited but a little nervous to make the transition from the train world. I was really expecting a My Three Sons line up and was surprised by the verdict. Now that I've had a couple of days to process, I'm excited to go pink. Matthew never deviated on his insistence that the baby was a girl and seemed to have a sense about it. Even before knowing, any of his references were always in a female context. I called her "him" just because I have gotten "hims" in the past. Hopefully the ultrasound is correct since this news is going to involve some bedroom rearranging and I really don't want to paint needlessly.

For those to whom we have neglected to mention that we are expecting another baby--my apologies. Life seems to move fast these days and even faster on the third. We can't wait to meet her come the end of July.

Wow Wee! I didn't even know you were pregnant. Congrats on PINK -- that will be sooooooo much fun.

We all need to get together sometime soon. As soon as it warms up we'll do a park lunch with the kiddies again. : )

Yea! I am so happy for you! Congrats! If you'd like to borrow our bassinet, so you can have one upstairs and one downstairs, let me know. I loved having your's for that very reason!

This is so fun for you!

I agree with Andrea--we need to do the park again.

Oh dear. I had no idea you were pregers, but I always thought you probably wouldn't stop until you had at least 6 or 7. So it isn't a big suprise. ;) Anyway, it is glorious that you will be having a girl. What marvelous news. Let me know what color to make the vinyl for her wall. I suppose her name will be April, after me... right? he he.
